Paulina Purnama, PA-C is a regenerative medicine specialist, health coach, and fitness enthusiast with over 20 years of experience caring for a diverse range of patients-from high school athletes to active seniors. She believes that although each patient’s needs and demands may differ, there is always a way to optimize conditions and achieve individualized health goals. Her expertise spans Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery of the Hips, Knees, and Shoulders, as well as Joint Replacement.

For the past 14 years, Paulina has worked alongside Dr. Sehgal, integrating her comprehensive background in both traditional orthopedics and innovative regenerative therapies. She earned her physician assistant degree from St. John's University in New York and launched her career at NYU School of Medicine's Bellevue Hospital and Hospital for Joint Disease, collaborating with nationally renowned orthopedic specialists.

With nearly two decades of dedicated orthopedic practice, Paulina has honed her expertise in sports medicine and the treatment of osteoarthritis in the shoulder and knee. She is deeply committed to helping patients reclaim mobility and achieve their personal goals, continuously enhancing her skills through rigorous hands-on training and ongoing medical education. This commitment ensures she remains at the forefront of both surgical and regenerative medicine practices.
